Q. Can the service be used from my mobile

A. Yes! But as opposed to BT and Cable whose prices are readily available some mobile networks may charge differently, please check with your network

Q. Can the service be used from a payphone?

A. Yes! Using the small change from your pocket or a BT card.

Q. Is VAT included in the price?

A. Yes. When you recieve your bill from BT, Cable or Mobile provider it will show a 6p number (eg. 0844 555 0000) as an itemisation of 5.1p per minute with VAT added at the end of your bill for all calls

Q. is there a minimum call charge?

A. This is not determined by us but is part of the standard terms of the provider you use to access the service ie. BT, Cable, Orange, T Central.

Q. At what point do I start being Billed?

A. Billing, via your provider will start when you connect to our switch platform.
